JULIE FINNIGAN

Julie Finnigan is an accounting supervisor based in the Cootamundra office, having grown up in nearby Stockinbingal.


Julie has been with Dawson & Partners since 1987 and manages a diverse range of clients.


Julie specialises in business accounting and taxation, with a strong focus on primary production enterprises. Other areas of expertise include stamp duty and a variety of accounting software packages.

HELEN LYNCH

Helen Lynch is the firm's Human Resource Manager and is based in the Cootamundra office.


Helen spent 33 years in the banking industry before commencing employment with Dawson & Partners in 2010. In 2013 she completed a Diploma in Human Resources through Wagga TAFE.


Helen's areas of expertise include human resources, practice management, IT support, financial services and book-keeping.

LYNETTE SARGENT

Lynette Sargent is based in the Cootamundra office and has been with Dawson & Partners since 2000.


Lynette is the firm's superannuation supervisor and specialises in taxation and compliance for Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.


Lynette has particular expertise with BGL Simple Fund software, and is also a Justice of the Peace in NSW.

DAMIAN SMITH

A local, who was raised in Cootamundra, Damian moved to Sydney in 2003 and completed a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting at Macquarie University. He also worked at an accounting firm in North Sydney. He moved back to his home town in 2010 and has worked at Dawson and Partners ever since. He is now certified, having completed his Chartered Accountancy through the institute in 2014 and is a Justice of the Peace in NSW. 


Damian specialises in accounting and tax for companies and trusts including primary producers and SBE's. He is experienced in complex tax matters including compliance for large companies, accounting standards and the R&D tax offset.
